franks is in the band Soft Crusher with his brother franz and steven the bat on drums. Franka grew up with his brother flying the forest island currents, riding bmx, watching his mother knit sweaters, and most profoundly listening to the sweat gentle sounds of 80's punk. He was just a wee pterasaur when he bought his first record- Suicidal Tendencies. Which strangely brought him and his brother great joy and light. Now they thrash alongside Steven every week at the Barfntrouff Bar. Enjoying the nightlife and taking part in the occasional stitch and bitch.
Fun Fact- You can see more of franz n franka in the Welcome to forest island book. the comic in there originally appeared in the tugboat comic paper cutter.
