Bwana Spoons!

Red magic Killer sold out to SARS members before it had a chance to go public. Sorry. I’ll open up sars memberships again at the first of the year. After i finish some sars paintings and jelly factory that SARS members have been waiting on. In the shop now though are still a couple puppy killers, and I think a couple boris and a dolly. Lots of radness in there.

Steven’s are done. releasing them into the wild today at noon here. More pics on my eatin’ balls flickr. I’ll start putting these up in a few minutes. One per human please for the first hour, after that, feel free to go for it.

getting closer on these stevens. let’s say this friday at noon pacific time is the release date. Strted with some spooky orange, green, and black but will probably be a little of everything by the time I am done. What if i didn’t use pink at all. that would be nuts right?

I went skating this morning for 10 minutes at brooklyn skatepark. was really short but felt good. ten more minutes than I have ridden since i got back from Japan, and ten more minutes than the month before i left. I remember riding in the gallery space at hurley and not being able to ollie. Def the lowest point in my skating life. the next day i went to a skatepark with friends Naoya and Koji in the countryside, i could ollie again but really had to focus on just that, was still pretty sad, but felt a little better that the ollie wasn’t completely gone. feeling the urge to ride more, maybe get up to late 90′s era riding. Not my best but at least not afraid to ollie up a curb or boardslide a bench.

Sun just came out and starting to warm up a bit, working on a couple custom paintjobbers with 2 of my massive fiberglass sleeping killers. pretty fun. Maybe I can get out there more today and put some more paint on.

Super 7 is working on a new Monster Family sculpt for me. Frederick the Beetle. We broke up the spot where the body fits together to be at the waistline instead of the head so the arms don’t all need to be static, but can still be a two piece mold. Would be really awesome to do steven this way, so we could get some wings stretched out if we aim them up enough.

Always happy and nervous the day of a new artshow. Today is no exception. arrived in tokyo last night, customs x-rayed one of my bags “beard profiling” and was pretty baffled. I told them “painted toys”. the two customs doods looked at each other, and all was good in the world. today i get to relax before the show. My friend koji harmon, who’s house i am staying at set me up with a deck ( I could only bring my trucks and wheels cause i was so loaded down). So today I’m going to skate to Koenji, where thrash out is and do a little walk about skate about. Koji’s place is about 4 kilometers from thrash out. the sun is shining and I am listening to little dragons. gonna be an awesome day.

Here’s my treats from last night. New pocket sleeping killer and micro killer done up in Pacific northwest killer colors. These are customs. No word on whether or not they would ever be reg releases.

The crouching mibora are coming with me. just too many things to do before SDCC. I don’t know what  i was thinking. peace and love and mibora hugs. No yarn. Wimps.
